I can't get on Facebook, it won't allow me to open videos . this is not the.first time i've had these problems, ever since i switched my phone over to straight talk its been one problem after another.

I've talked to the fraud unit at trancephone about this on 5/13 states the was going to refund my money and not bill me again but they billed me on 5/16/14,I'am a veteran with PTSD and trying to get this resolved in a clivilized matter.it seem like this company don't have ameerican's working for them,when I ask to speak to fraud dept every one and crazy,i don't have a straight talk phone,but will report this to AG office,and glad I'am not in area.This is a shame that we as americans can't talk to anyone who speak english I put my life on the line for your freedom and I get *** in the process

I bought a service card at walmart when i scratched the last three digits does not show clearly tried to guess two times then i called customer service and they told me the service card is been used on different account and they can not help me on any way a `supervisor named with a foreign name " was rude and did not help at all .she even told me she know on what number those minutes were added so are they telling the truth and gonna let other person have a free month of service or they clearly steal . your decision !

I bought a galaxy sii from walmart for over $300.00 and within 30 days it got stuck in a loop and wouldn't even do a factory reset. I lost everything in my phone. They sent me a replacement phone which was a USED REFURBISHED phone. The time spend with customer service was ridiculous. A few days ago my data was suspended without notice or warning. I have used my phone the same the entire time I've had it (10 months). Nothing new. After getting nowhere talking to the broken-English speaking Indian CSRs, I emailed customer service at least 4 times and they will not restore my data nor will they give me a specific reason why they suspended it. They give you a telephone number with a recorded message that says among much other bs that if I didn't like their terms and conditions that they would transfer my number to the service provider of my choice. I feel that this is a bad way to do business. They are HORRIBLE. I have NEVER had a customer service experience this bad in my 44 years of life.

Straight Talk Home phone RIP OFF | Straight Talk Wireless review from Springfield, Ohio

I purchased a straight talk home phone at Walmart. Was told I had to purchase a phone card to install phone. After 2 days with straight talk techs the phone would not work. Returned phone to Walmart but they would not take the phone card back. They told me to contact Straight talk which I did. After fighting with 3 or 4 people I was told to return it to Walmart and have them call Straight talk for Okay to return. Walmart refused, Straight talk is a joke and I am out $15.00. I am sure I am 1 of many who both these companies are stealing from. Many of us Seniors on limited income can not afford to throw away $15.00 from our Social Security.

No Service / Junk Phone | Straight Talk Wireless review from Fairborn, Ohio

My wife and I both have the same phone and straight talk service. the phones dont hold a charge, the screens r falling apart, i cant send messages without having at least two bars or service, i get a squealing sound in my ear randomly while talking on the phone. this stuff started less than two weeks after buying the phone. i called straight talk. there response was that i had to wait til the warranty was up to do anything. they would not do anything to fix the problem. this is a terrible company and i hope they go out a business.

Bad phone, bad customer service | Straight Talk Wireless review from Akron, Ohio

Been on phone 4 times with them in 4 days about 3 different phones! First they had to clear my phone out and I lost all my data...(that was my phone) then they tell me a sim card isn't able to transfer to another phone I bought (my daughters) and now my daughter can't send messages (phone I just bought) now they are telling me they don't know whats wrong, can't trouble shoot and I should buy another phone. My response....yea with another *** company. THEY SUCK! And no offense when I press 1 for English I would like to know that the person answering my call might actually speak English!

Wow just horrible | Straight Talk Wireless review from Columbus, Ohio

I was comparing all the options of changing to a prepaid to get out of my "big carrier". All the ones I checked had some sort of BS on there "unlimited" data. But at lest they all had them listed on there site. I went to straight talk after hearing my nephew was on them to compare. I could not find any info on there cap. So I pretended to be a new customer and still no info. OK so I went into terms and conditions and actually read it all. Still nothing. So I called. They really don't know anything about the product at all. I asked the customer service rep. "So do you stay at 4g speeds if I use over 2 gigs or like the other providers or do I go to 3g or 2g" her answer was first "You stay at what ever your phone is. If it is a 4g phone then is always a 4g phone" then after I told her she miss understood and asked "If I go over a certain gig will you slow my speeds down and to what 3g or 2g" her answer was then simply "yes" I was like thats not even answer. Finally she told me that it would be but its all automated but she could not tell me when or how fast! I was said if its automated then tell me what the computer is set for. Really? Finally got a supervisor and they told me that its 1.5 you get slowed and you get a warning. If you go over again you must be miss using it and they can shut you off. The supervisor even told me no joke that "using youtube is against the terms of service" not any amount just USING it was!
