Spent three phone calls and two chats with Straight Talk to get my phone running. Phone calls are useless. The chats were the most productive. At first I couldn't make or receive a call. AND NO TEXTING. After two chats and two Code Entries I could finally send and receive texts. However, I cannot use MMS keep getting the "No Data Balance Available." Today, one guy (via phone call) had me input two Code Entries. This has not worked. He also told me that the phone may not be capable of doing MMS. Well then what the *** is the brower button for and why would I have a camera on it??? Lucky for me we have an AT&T store in town where I can get personal help if I switch over.

I got a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime as Christmas gift it worked fine at first well this past super bowl sunday it wouldnt charge wit original chargers not a USB i bought nothing so i contacted straight talk they sent me a box to house to mail them my phone in was gonna fix it for me and sent it back to me well tha ship date on box was for march 4 i jus ran outta my first 30 day card but its back to same charging problems as before only now it will not even reconize my SD card same one i used in it before jus fine now wont work at all its slower shuts on n off well not on and off but restarts on is own.seems like for brand new phone that was $99.95 n then paid $50 for service card only to have to send it back 2x before my second month this is supposed to be a brand new phone!!! Im upset wit this cuz i also was looking around online and a reconditioned phone i guess thats what my NEW PHONE wasnt 2 months old started tearing up on me is now considered a reconditioned phone is worse than before and saw tha same phone i have jus advertised as reconditioned selling for tha same i paid for it new at walmart??? I love this phone and i have a daughter who is gonna be 1year old in few weeks so its important i have a phone plz email me wit info on how i can once again send in my phone to be fixed cuz it apparently wasnt fixed tha first time now has same n few more issues..been this way ha last 2 weeks so tha 29th well it was supp to run outta time tha 22nd but where it wasn't working right for at least 5 days i couldnt get any calls to show up on call log like id get tha notification then it was gone same when id try n txt would send txt but couldnt see it and couldn't get anyone on phone to help me when i called customer service tha lady said my phone was verizon i jus had a straight talk sim card....and hung up that upset me so i let it go well straight talk eventually talked to me said problem was i was outta data....impossible cuz internet wasnt issue anyway i need to knw who to contact now to send it back again all tha info on my box not helpin me!!

Extortion and Intimidation Tactics | Straight Talk Wireless review from Bedford, Ohio

I noticed an additional charge on my credit card statement from Straight Talk. When I finally got thru to customer service, they said it didn't show on their records, i.e., fifteen minutes on first call and over 45 minutes on second call. So, I reported it as a fraudulent charge. I was actually billed twice (my usual monthly amount $49.50) and then $46.84 a few days apart. They deactivated me saying that I had filed a fraudulent claim. Then they billed me for the upcoming month. Luckily, my credit card company set it straight. They kept telling me that all I needed to do was to provide them with my credit card number and that they would activate my service. It sounded a lot like extortion and intimidation to me... Incompetent staff.... They need to be shut down!

i have a zte lever phone when i called to get it activated straight talk said it wasnt scanned properly and walmart wont rescan it and everything how and why can walmart not fix the problem please help. it was a gift and ive had it for a lil bit what can i do.

I bought a iphone 5s and a $45 unlimited prepaid card had it activated December 22 2015 for a christmas present as of January 1 2016 no service straight talk gave the phonenumber to someone else and deactivated the phone now no minutes no phone number and out of $50 for the card the people you talk to wont help you very ignorent onthe phone i lost alot of money for this bull ***. I cant believe that you activate a phone then deactivate 1 week later.

I took my phone off the charger and went to place a call. I then got a "Mobile network not available" message and had no bars within the icon. On the website, under my account, a fourth phone which I did not purchase was listed with my current phone and the two old ones that were deactivated. The phantom phone was enrolled in auto-refill and was assigned my number. I called straight talk and had them reactivate the phone I do use, and delete the phantom phone from my account. I was told to allow up to 24 hours for my phone to reactivate. The next day it still did not work so I called again. I was told that the number transfer deactivated the sim card for my current phone and would have to wait 2-5 days for a replacement to be mailed. So I am currently without my perfectly fine phone, that should have never been messed with in the first place, for a week that I am paying for with my up to date and paid service. Also, my phone data has been shut off three different times in the past for using too much data on an unlimited plan.
