I placed an order on July 2nd with Straight Talk Wireless. The agent entered the address for the billing address wrong, and shipped the phone, plan, and sim card out omitting the apartment number.

Obviously, FedEx, through no fault of their own, could not deliver the phone without the address containing the apartment number. So, the phone is getting shipped back . . .

if 0 is a rating for Company policies, Straight Talk is deserving of a 0 rating. Customer service, all the way up to the Corporate office says that it is no longer changing the shipping address, simply because they do not want to incur a reroute fee
