ordered 2 sims and 2 plans , was supposed to be an overnight shipment and they didnt ship until the next day , so now i cant be available to sign and fed ex wont leave it and straight talk wont let them , so i ask for a refund and i am told i can not have a refund until i can get the items back to them , which i cant receive. I have been a customer for about 4 years fortunately until now i have never had to talk them.
I assured them i will never speak to them again and will be switching my service to something else. Oh and i was hold for more then 30 minutes total to not actually be helped
