ordered 2 sims and 2 plans , was supposed to be an overnight shipment and they didnt ship until the next day , so now i cant be available to sign and fed ex wont leave it and straight talk wont let them , so i ask for a refund and i am told i can not have a refund until i can get the items back to them , which i cant receive.I have been a customer for about 4 years fortunately until now i have never had to talk them.

I assured them i will never speak to them again and will be switching my service to something else.Oh and i was hold for more then 30 minutes total to not actually be helped

"overnight shipment" does not mean the same thing as "next day delivery"

The shipping company guarantees overnight delivery , but can't do anything if the parcel fails to arrive before the day's deadline.

It is difficult to believe that your schedule is identical to the shipping company delivery hours.

This complaint is a general failure because you failed to explain to those of us who are not familiar with the product its nature and purpose.
