My old phone had an apparently unsolvable restart loop so I bought a new phone from their website and got free one day shipping. Instead when I got my package I open it up and instead find a huge air cushion and a tiny SIMPLE MOBILE sim card kit.
I call them up to see if I can at least get a phone sent to me. I get rushed through by the first service chick who I could barely understand and get put on hold for 40 minutes. I then have to deal with one of the most impatient and rude *** I have ever had to deal with in customer support.
If that wasn't insulting enough I HAD TO PAY TO RETURN THEIR SCREW UP. I now have to wait a month or so for a refund instead of them just sending me the phone.
