Straight Talk Wireless - Run far away!

when i activated my new phone i was given a number in another state!! had to email my times and finally was promised another SIM card to change my number. SIM card did not arrive and when i emailed to ask where it was, i was told that the ticket has been closed. nothing they could do, i would have to resubmit another ticket on facebook. (which is really the only way to get any sort of help, from other straight talk users) why would they close a ticket that has not even been solved? so here i sit with a number in another state for what has been now almost a whole first months service. this company is awful. i should have known when i activated and you could not ask any questions because the rep would not deviate from the script. my advice would be to run away from this company. as far as im concerned they are a ripoff.
