Spent $300 on new 5g phone. Lasted less than 3 months before it died.
Sent it in for replacement. Phone now missing from UPS, neither they or StraightTalk could care less.
User's recommendation: Stay away from StraightTalk unless you like poor customer service, wasting your time and money and having a bad experience.
Monetary Loss: $300.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
