My data quick working weeks ago although the phone and texting working fine. Tried customer service three times today, the 611611#, regular texting, and calling the toll free number.

I was all prepared with all pertinent operating numbers. All three attempts I was informed they'd call back in about 15 minutes.

Hours later not one phone call. I guess it's time to go to another carrier.
