Weak signal and no 4g data. I have been a straight talk customer for several years now.

And until recently have not had many complaints. But within the last two weeks my signal has been horrible, and my supposed 4g data has been nonexistent. Tried calling customer service, only to be put on hold for over 30 minutes with no resolution. Was given a case number and told to call a different number the next day.

Again put on hold for over 45 minutes, while presumably trying to reach a technician. Was told that department was not answering. Problem not resolved.

Why should I stay with this company, when they show they do not care for their customers. Tired of paying for an unlimited plan, when they show there are truly limited after only 9 gigs of data used
