Finally after many calls they found that AT&T had not real eased my port. This should have been resolved the first time I called.
But one it was removed my port went thru.

I returned the phone for a refund. Straight talk did not refund the month of service I was unable to use due to the inoperable phone. I now have a different service provider.

I cleaned the office and discarded the two $30 cards. I have done much better than straight talk with my current carrier.
Thank you Straight Talk for getting me to look for a better plan.
Savings $40 per month on two phones for 3 years. Thanks again.
