Service issue

When I was finally able to get ahold of straight talk, they told me that every year we as customers are required to buy a new phone, because phones are no longer good after one years worth of work. They told me it was my issue, and they were not going to fix it.

The information I gave them is incorrect so they can give me the refund. ITS SO FRUSTRATING AND NO BODY CAN HELP OR LIKE RESET MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE LOST MY PHONE SO I CANT GIVE THEM THE INFORMATION OF MY iMEI. Help.
