Need to speak to someone about my rewards

Redeemed my reward points towards an add-on data plan which was the $5 1GB plan... the 1,000 points to get the plan was taken but my data plan was not added to my account

Daily, sometimes multiple times, my network connection just stops connecting. 611611 help 5 y 1 other solves an issue every time. Lasts a little bit, disconnects, pop solved an issue again! Customer service India is a *** joke, so thats nothing new. They have no idea about the product or plans beyond a script. Just garbage all around.

SERVICE SUCKS!!!! DO NOT FOR ANY REASON WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH STRAIGHT TALK! Initially good service, not great but good. Now I can't even get signal at my residence

At one time I had 4 bars of service in my home, now I can't even make a call from home.Straight talk service is basically NONEXISTENT, keep getting notices that my phone is not registered on a network even when I have 4 bars.....which is RARE in itself.

zero customer service!! don't think you will ever be treated like a person. you can not speak to a person when an issue arises. you can not get help!! it's automated and the system will not help you!

Okay now I've added minutes last night on my phone and they did not go through so therefore I cannot make any calls or anything I'm on Wi-Fi but I cannot get this straightened out until I get to another phone and have to stay on the phone which will probably be later and they'll be closed !! I'm supposed to receive phone calls from my lawyer concerning my nanny and my aunt's death okay so this is very important to me this is what I'm talking about they didn't have the phone I bet you they don't have it registered I don't understand this and I really am upset about this this is very important

My data disappeared

For one I love how all of them are supervisors none of them speak English. They always tell you they don't have that information in front of me . Never once have I ever gotten anything resolved by straight talk. Or they just hang up all the time when they don't know the answer

They have high jacked my phone number. I can't port it, and they won't activate it. I'm stuck without a phone.

I’ve been w straight talk for years n was once a satisfied customer. But the last two years has been horrible! I went from a automatic refill customer to lesser bill to now a lower plan. Tonight Ive

STonight Ive tried over 2 hours to send a message that still hasnt gone out. 611611 said my APN was fine, text SPEED or LTE, I dont wish to text them every time Before I message out. Instead Id like to send my message out!!! I cant port out to another carrier in my area because theyre both AT&;;;;;;;amp;T sub contractors. I brought my own phone and number to straight talk. I couldnt even port over to Family mobile or simply mobile. It my # and they are holding me HOSTAGE. If I want to sit on it, its MINE !!!

Terrible service

I not sure think was adducted by aliens. Maybe it was Barney Rubble or could be I was high. Can't quite remember all the details but Barney or the aliens said it was Straight Talks fault. The Barney Rubble alien took my phone and called someone. Then he gave me $1.63 and told me not to speak of this. Ran away fast as I could. Wow Man This be trippin.Dont
