Existing customer. Purchased new Galaxy s10e which has dual sim card slots and is compoatible with Verizon. Imade thew simple request that a sim card be sent to me so I can activate it. Been on the phone for 25 minutes with service reps who find this to be a diificult request. ABSOLUTELY rediculous.

Got a phone from a friend and they had straight talk too. Bought a $55 plan unlimited data talk n text put in on didn't have data called them and they said i needed a new Sims card. I order on called back and there tech messed the new card up and there wanting me to buy another one and I just got that one. And they wouldn't replace it even after they said it was there fault there tech support messed it up. Bull *****.

I had been with straight talk for five years, up until my last experience with them! THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Half the time I cant even understand what they are saying, because they barely speak English well enough ! Not being rude or racist, just pointing out the low quality level of their so called customer service I HAVE NOW BEEN CHARGED TWICE FOR A SERVICE I NO LONGER HAVE , WANT OR USE ! I HAVE CONTACTED THE BBB , THEY ARE CROOKS AND GET THIS THEY PROMOTE AND ADVERTISE HAVING hotspot yet when you pay for it and So called unlimited data theyre not even set up for a hotspot, although youre being charged for it!

I think it's real crazy that I have to switch my device. from Boost Mobile. I've been with Boost Mobile for 16 years now. one of my close friends gave me a phone and I was just trying to activate it. your customer service. they put me through to three different people and then finally when I got to talk to the person. he said I had to have the phone for a whole year. but that don't make sense. but if I would have switched over to you all. I can keep the number.
