Import from another server to staright talk

If I could give a negative point I would. I have been on the phone since 9 am an it is now 2 pm trying to get someone from the portal department to import a phone number. I have had 4 hang ups an more than 10 call backs from the wrong department. Hate this customer service beyond any words I can express.

Lost service card

To whom it may concern, I have called over 60 times to resolve this issue. I lost my service card, but I have the receipt. Walmart headquarters confirmed this number should work. Every time I call to resolve the issue, the agent transfers me to another department and it hangs up. I already gave my lawyer this information and am ready to file a suit if no one can help me. PLEASE call or email me to resolve this ASAP. Megan

User's recommendation: DONT go with Straight Talk. They're a complete pain in the *** and do not give a *** about their customers at all.

Double charged

Straight Talk Wireless - Double charged
I was double charged for my monthly service than apon trying to fix the issue they turned my service off completely. I called again and they say " oh we are sending you a new sim card ." Your service will be back on as soon as you get it . Well still havent gotten the sim card . They have cheated me out of a month of service.

Service getting worst

Over the past 4 months my service has been getting worse every day. Drop calls, no internet connection. Can not even login to their website or apps. Called about canceling and getting a refund, still I prepaid for a year and they dont refund you anything. So you stuck with a sucking company and service until your contact is up. I have straight talk for over 5 years and this is the way they treat their consumers

Horrible customer service

I been without phone service since Sunday, May 15 call customer service for new Sim card they speak broken English can't them eventually they hang up and call same sorry results its sad disgrace

Always need someone else's phone and waste countless hours repeatedly calling customer service before a problem is ever fixed. They sure do get your money though.

Problems w phone are to difficult to solve. Pay for hotspot but suddenly gone...2 weeks. Tired of calling just want to get rid of them.

I would like for them to disconnect my phone from their Network without trying to charge me for it.

Sucks horribly

first the clerk in store messed up my phone. I wish I had the foresight to test it before leaving. i get home it says no wireless network. hours on the phone and chat and ended up i needed my sin number to verify. as luck would have it you need to pry off the back then take out 10 screws. by this time customer service has closed my chat. crap thru and thru. if you want to waste your time and risk your phone leaving you stranded straight crap is your company

The call center Couldn't activate the phone with my same number or use the month of service I had just purchased because they deleted my whole account. Very long story short, they said that they would give back the number "if" I purchase another month of service....
