Poor customer service

Poor Customer service Every time I call the customer service line theres either arguing with me dont wanna help I really dont care I never build a rapport or have empathy to my situation If customer service was a little bit better I would probably recommend this company to my friends but since theyre not I would definitely not recommend it

I was just checking on my straight talk account because I'm supposed to have lifetime straight talk and when I went to put 611611 in it hooked me up to TracFone I do not have TracFone I have straight talk for life because of the breach in straight talk by hacking . Now I can't even get through to straight talk it cuts me off and I even tried once and it sent me to TracFone I will not use TracFone and I am pissed and I want my money back for this straight talk no joke I'm pissed!!!

User's recommendation: This is the first problem I've had with straight talk but it's a big one I have straight talk not TracFone and I would never purchase TracFone I want my straight talk back for life that's what I was promised when they got hacked now I've said I don't have straight talk and can't get through to them don't use their company.
