Preferred solution: My service connected and free service or paid for everyhiur of time since I got this piece of *** paper weight
They switched me to TracFone without telling me after they gave me lifetime straight talk because of a breach or a *** in their system that they did not tell their customers about I want my lifetime

- After they got breached they told me i would have lifetime talk texting data lifetime
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: This is the first problem I've had with straight talk but it's a big one I have straight talk not TracFone and I would never purchase TracFone I want my straight talk back for life that's what I was promised when they got hacked now I've said I don't have straight talk and can't get through to them don't use their company.
