Haven’t been able to reach an actual person for about 3 weeks.

StayAll I need is my account number with straight talk. I have been having trouble with my phone for quite a while and wanted some help. I started trying to get help about 3 weeks ago and havent heard anything from anyone. Finally got sick of the service and switched, but I need my account number. Its not online and no one will answer me.

Cancel service

Chat and phone calls are always too busy so I can NEVER talk to anyone in customer service!!! No help!

Unlawfully charged credit card

They Charged me after account had been closed and I owed them nothing. Had to dispute with credit card company no help at all from Straighttalk!

Foreign Customer Service

As long as you never need to call Customer Service, Straight Talk is ok. But, if you ever have any kind of problem,,,that is where the trouble starts. They do not speak good English and can only read a script, They waste your time repeating everything and cannot deviate. They are a Royal Pain!!!!!

Terrible customer Support

Oh my, I just won't put down into print how many straight talk phones I have had to return back to Walmart this past couple weeks. I have had to purchase their most expensive phones to see if they could be activated and well...they couldn't. Too bad they had to be returned back as defective. Oh well, I'll keep trying!

STRAIGHT TALK SUCKS

I CAN'T GET GOOD SIGNAL. IT SAYS I HAVE 3G ALL THE TIME, I THOUGHT THEY DID AWAY WITH THAT. IF I AM LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET A CONNECTION IT IS VERY SLOW. I CAN'T EVEN DO REGULAR VIDEO CALLS. IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET A REAL PERSON IN THE LINE. IF YOU TRY TO DO CUSTOMER SERVICE BY CHAT BE PREPARED TO BE #180 IN LINE. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!

Base phone is not near as good as the one i had before you made me upgrade

Phone falling apart before making phone call you have to turn base off wait turn back on - if you don't you get a chiming noise and sometimes when you get a call you get same noise have to hang up and wait for person to call back -- not good

Extremely Upset

Very frustrating hour and 1/2 to resolve my issue. Talked to 4 different agents. First was to get me a call back from the refund department. I got the call back, but from customer service, so I had to recount the whole thing again. I was finally transferred, but the automated system disconnected the call. The next agent I spoke to at customer service had a very heavy accent and was difficult to understand, but she did get me to the refund department. The agent in that department's accent was even harder to understand and I could only hope I answered his questions correctly. After an agonizing amount of time, I finally received reference numbers for my issue. Unknown if I will receive my refunds at this time. Terrible time to resolve a simple issue.

They forced me to replace my phone for their upgrade, and they won't activate it. Have been on the phone for 2 1/2 days and all the representatives continue to transfer and transfer and transfer without fixing the problem. User's recommendation: Proceed with caution.

Every time I order the 90 dollar 2 line plan they never give me the second code and I end up on the phone with a VERY sub par customer service for over an hour every time. User's recommendation: Stay away!

I paid for a unlimited plan , ive used it 3 days now i cant text or call. I want a refund

I paid for service. 58.00 for unlimited, 3 days later, I can't text or call out. I've been trying for 2 hrs to speak to a representative for straight talk and am still trying. I want a refund because they are saying my phone is not compatible....why didn't they tell me that3 days ago before I paid them. And it says that my phone will not be able to be used after February 20th. Well it's the 27th of January. That's way off from February 20th. I'm very disappointed with straight talk. And will not recommend them to any One..ever
