I have been waiting 40 days to get my replacement phone and have to call in every other day, spend 1/2 hour on the phone and they keep telling me wait 3-5 days for it to show up.

Getting my replacement phone after receiving my old phone 40 days ago. I think they really do not care that much of customer service.

User's recommendation: Get a better phone company, not Straight Talk.

Nothing at all was offered by Straight Talk other than to continue adding data or to move to the unlimited data plan that would constitute a new plan as they do not allow a current plan to be upgraded!

I bought a service card. The numbers on the card do not work. I have contacted Straight Talk, then was told to bring it back to Wal Mart. I was told at Wal Mart where I bought it, they cannot scan the card to fix the issue because they claim their machines won't let...

I called them to switch my phone number

Customer service from straight talk decided to take my unlimited I talk and text away because I got a new phone so I called to have to have them switch my number to my new phone so to make me have to buy a new plan they decided to take away what days I had remaining on my plan that is unbelievable I should just switch my service how can they do this SHAME ON YOU STRAIGHT TALK

Billing

I started Straight Talk with a bill payment on the 26th of the month. Now it comes out on the 8th. When I ask what their billing cycle is I'm told 30-31 days. They don't know basic math nor when explained that 365 divided by 12 is 30.42. I should not be losing days. Even adding the leap year it doesn't go below 30. If they are doing this to everyone it's plan theif!
