Earlier this morning I called stirght talk wireless and they changed my cell phone number without my promising and I want my old cell phones are back as soon as possible or I will keep calling you guys all night long and I'm not very happy with your company right now either way you look at things I'm giving you people a call right now please help me out of this jam.

Bad phone service and internet service

Got a new 5G cell and moved to Crenshaw County, Luverne, AL from Elmore County, Titus, AL. Been a customer for a while. Worked with customer service because cell service and internet is trouble. I can hear anyone that calls clearly, but no one can seem to hear me without me breaking up badly. Worked with customer service several times and nothing has changed. I'm on auto payment and had to pre-pay a month just to get a new sim card for the new phone. I have one free month coming, but planning on moving to Verizon to get better service! Not happy with Straight Talk!

Reactivate phone

I still need to add service it sucks you can't diall 611 once your service ends and you have to use a different phone to call to use a debit cardto buy a plan there needs to be a better plan or this company should start selling it's prepaid cards at Dollar General stores everywhere to make it easier for people in all towns

Computer voice hung up on me. Are we to the point that we cant have humans answer a phone. Computer cant understand anything I say. When u get a person there from India or somewhere and I cant underhand them. I ordered a new phone and service Amd want to keep my number from my old phone so if anyone that speaks or understands English sees this please call me for *** sake. I need help and not from some damn foreign person thst thinks they speak English but actually speaks a bastardized version of the language. I cant take anymore. SHIT!!!! B

Very upset with the Philippines customer service

One of your agents deactivated my service without my consent. He obviously got mad at me and did this on purpose. I've been a straight talk customer for a very long 4 years.
