SIM card activated simply

My hotspot doesn't work and I paid for it

I pay every month for Hotspot for the last 3 months it has worked totally of about 3 hours well when I call customer service they are no help so I am looking for a prepaid phone that handles hotspot without any problems unless y'all can put hotspot back on my phone like it's supposed to be or I will move to a different company been with y'all for a long time but I'm about fed up with it have a good day Straight Talk is fine except customer service and hotspot sucks

Bad phone service and internet service

Got a new 5G cell and moved to Crenshaw County, Luverne, AL from Elmore County, Titus, AL. Been a customer for a while. Worked with customer service because cell service and internet is trouble. I can hear anyone that calls clearly, but no one can seem to hear me without me breaking up badly. Worked with customer service several times and nothing has changed. I'm on auto payment and had to pre-pay a month just to get a new sim card for the new phone. I have one free month coming, but planning on moving to Verizon to get better service! Not happy with Straight Talk!

Computer voice hung up on me. Are we to the point that we cant have humans answer a phone. Computer cant understand anything I say.
