You shouldn't be in business, your rep Jessica at customer service didn't like my attitude I guess and subsequently erased all my straight talk web site access credentials

Very upset with the Philippines customer service

One of your agents deactivated my service without my consent. He obviously got mad at me and did this on purpose. I've been a straight talk customer for a very long 4 years.

I had them program my home unit to change the number now i can't even call them to complain. So I am going to check out Walmart they carry a unit not under straight talk same service 9.99 a month. I'm out

I don't know why anybody would be a. A bad complainer y'all tried to iron out my issues as fast as possible I know how it is not being computer literate especially from a different country God bless you all keep doing the best job y'all can thank you for your time and your patience with me also God bless

Angry abd dissatisfied

when a customer pays forr 1-2 day shipping thats what we expect. I ordered phone Wednesday. It should have been pricessed on Thursday abd sent out by Friday. I still have no tracking information. I expected to receive phone by saturday and they are telling me it will be delivered next week. They need American agents instead of foriegners. They refuse to fefund the shipping cost that I paid for.

User's recommendation: Dont buy a phone through straighttalk. Buy at Wal Mart if you can. Dont pay for quicker shipping.

Transferring number issue

My grandpa has had the same number for almost 12years now and is currently with your prepaid service. As of Jan 4 his service was turned off due to the phone being too old and on 2G network. The problem we have to transfer his number is that the guy who set it up for him has passed away along with the account pin and info for security questions. He would like to keep the number but everytime he speaks with someone they tell him they can't help without an account pin. He is willing to have it transferred to a straight talk sim card and provide new security questions and a new account pin so he can keep using the number and your service. The phone it is currently stuck on is an LG MEID 268435****0733**** with the phone number ( 616)499****. He was told that after 30days his number will be recycled, if this is true can't it just be recycled back to him and we can set up the account again this time with all his info? He's just looking to keep the number he's had for 12 years now and not have to change it. Thank you for your time. Leslie
