customer service people hard to understand and when asked to repeat something they get an attitude. Customer service needs to improve a great deal.

I don't know why anybody would be a. A bad complainer y'all tried to iron out my issues as fast as possible I know how it is not being computer literate especially from a different country God bless you all keep doing the best job y'all can thank you for your time and your patience with me also God bless

CANNOT GET THROUGH TO ON ANY SITE WITH EMAIL/PASSWORD. IT IS VICIOUS CIRCLE. WAS UNABLE TO GET ANY ASSISTANCE.

Slightly disappointed

The phone I called about couldnt be unlocked without spending $70 or waiting 12 months and I think thats a bit steep considering how much was already paid for the phone

Angry abd dissatisfied

when a customer pays forr 1-2 day shipping thats what we expect. I ordered phone Wednesday. It should have been pricessed on Thursday abd sent out by Friday. I still have no tracking information. I expected to receive phone by saturday and they are telling me it will be delivered next week. They need American agents instead of foriegners. They refuse to fefund the shipping cost that I paid for.

User's recommendation: Dont buy a phone through straighttalk. Buy at Wal Mart if you can. Dont pay for quicker shipping.

Straight Talk Wireless - Bought LG premier pro
I bought that phone not even 3 months ago and it has a nonremovable battery witches ruined does not work phone has stay on charger start leaking on the back of my phone it's ruining my whole system think there's a recall on it I haven't known that I wouldn't bout it and they want you to buy warranty for those phones which should come with at least manage a factory warranty non-removable battery

I called a rep and He told Me My account was cancelled, but I am still receiving bills.

I went to another service, so I called Straight Talk to cancel My account. I was unable to get voice mail with My new server, so I called Straight Talk again, and they resolved that issue. I thought I was all set, because the rep said I wouldn't be billed any more, but I keep getting billed.

User's recommendation: If You have Straight Talk, and want to cancel, You are in for a rough ride!!

Tried to upgrade my phone with no success do to poor customer service

Emailed original complaint and to no surprise did not receive help. Moving on to different service provider. With the fierce price competition customer service is what keeps customers.

Upset

Bought new phone, it didn't work. They have to send me a box to Fedex phone back before replacement. 10 days later I call tell them no box yet, ok we will send replacement phone. 20 days later, no box or phone, I call, can I buy another phone, I'm tired of waiting: no sir that phone will be at your door in two days. 30 days: where is my phone? Rep: fed ex lost it. 40 days: where is my phone? Rep: what phone, you never sent us your old one. Me: you never sent the box. Rep: Fedex lost it. Me: can I just buy another one. Rep: I'll transfer you. Phone goes dead.
