My phone isn't working because my Sim card magically "expired"

Sim card expired with no notice....stopped receiving calls and texts....was then told I had to buy a .99 CENT SIM CARD TO UPGRADE MY PHONE. But that would take several days, all the while without a phone, OR, I could go to Walmart and buy a card....at Walmart I was informed I had to buy a "package" that cost $45.....after doing that, I spent the next 1.5 hours in the parking lot talking to IT and finally had a working phone again.....only to lose ability to text and call again a few days later

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. They sent me a sim card that worked to get new phone started. They do need to give better training to their associates so others do not have to jump through hoops like I did to get proper help.

I have used straight talk in the past and loved it. Guess I should have went to the store to get my phone though, because it was packaged carelessly. Box looked like it was opened, tapped back, and stepped on/smashed. Phone was in box way TOO big with NOTHING protecting it. No bubble wrap or anything. The green thing supposed to protect it had no air in it. Unacceptable and extremely unprofessional! I think all the money I just spent could have paid for protective shipping, I GUESS NOT!

Needed to change mobile telephone carrier

I have been a Straight Talk customer for years. I have been happy with my telephone service. I recently purchased an Apple Watch. Straight Talk has no accommodation for a second line. Therefore, I had to change my mobile telephone service. Straight Talk should really think about offering a second line of service to a customer as Team Mobile does.

I had my refills set up on auto refills, to find when I needed my phone service the most it was off for no reason or explanation of why it was off. Very disappointed!
