Why is my phone service worst than before

I've been told they found an issue I just needed to turn my phone off an back on . I still have the same issue an today I got an service usage alert and I just purchased my 55 dollar plan a week ago. So yeah I'm very pissed off.

Needed to change mobile telephone carrier

I have been a Straight Talk customer for years. I have been happy with my telephone service. I recently purchased an Apple Watch. Straight Talk has no accommodation for a second line. Therefore, I had to change my mobile telephone service. Straight Talk should really think about offering a second line of service to a customer as Team Mobile does.

Didn't get message I was suppose to get

no message came through when I filled out a e-mail I needed help setting up my new phone. When a person needs help with something they should get it.

I had my refills set up on auto refills, to find when I needed my phone service the most it was off for no reason or explanation of why it was off. Very disappointed! User's recommendation: May wake up an not have service for no reason

Phone was messing up

*** Phone not working since Wed. 12/16

I was uncertain if the problem was the phone ( Alcatel ) or Straight talk. By Fri 12/18, decided I it was the phone. Customer service at straight talk has been very helpful in making the transfer to a new phone
