I paid the bill and I have never been without a phone. With no service. This morning I woke up to my phone

I paid my bill last month and I always have old mother and I have to have service. !! paid before the date. I also had 2 weeks free from points. I have been on the phone for 12 hours !!! I am 72 years old and and and cant take any more stress..they couldnt locate my records or my new phone number they gave me !!! So furious I have a 90 year

Can't log in online

I cant get my account set up so that I can login online. I call support for help and they can only continuously tell me to call back. They cant even seem to be able to send me an email now. I dont even know if they have now screwed up my email address. Im concerned that I will not be notified when my bill is due or how much the initial bill will be.
