I Just wish to thank you for your extremely speedy response to my email requesting assistance. You had sent a passcode to my old Phone which was impossible for me to retrieve as That Phone no longer works period. I went on Google and obtained your info and submitted an email and fortunately got an immediate response from you. Thanks again.

The robot did good, but would of rather talked to a live representative so they could have a great job!
