My phone would not get internet access outside of my house with WIF I couldn't understand the agent half the time. I have to keep having her repeat it. Frustrating . But I think we got it done. User's recommendation: Have them speak slower.

I was notified I have to get a new phone ( for upcoming changes ) I refuse to do that , Cause me to many problems , I like my cell phone , If new cell phone required I will cancel my account !

READ MY Reason of your review ~ Statement , I do not want a new cell phone as I was told by notice from Straight Talk Wireless because of up coming changes, It would cause me to many problems and I refuse to get a new cell phone , I will simply get another service provider if need be . I surely hope that will not be necessary .

User's recommendation: Keep your old sell phone if you wish to !

EVERYTIME I clicked on to get it, it's telling me my E-MAIL is wrong *** I've had this Email since I have been with straight talk about 8 years ago .I am a member . If they can't do what they say , then they don't need to send messages to me like that, because they are lies

12 yr old activated phone unauthorized

my 12 yr old daughter activated a phone without my authorization. I wanted to put safety measures on phone before it was activated, however her older sister activated it without my knowledge or authorization. my 12 year old daughter seems to be getting messages from adult sites and people are contacting her via her phone. she is 12, this phone (mobile data)needs to be shut off right now. I can regulate her wi fi but I cant regulate her mobile data - I dont need my daughter being contacted or talking to people on the internet, she is only 12

Charged me wrongly need reimbursed

Someone I help last month, thought they could, or maybe it was a misunderstanding of the service provider. Anyway, I was charged again, when I was not supposed to pay my friend's December S.T. bill. I called, S.T., and they took care of me. My money was back in my account that night. Go ahead, Straight Talk. You know what you are doing.

User's recommendation: Don't forget straight talk for your service provider needs. They took care of my problem the same day. If I have to choose another plan, other than the one I still have, it will be Straight Talk. Have a great holiday remaining season. ACS.

Auto pay

Today 4/6/2020 was my auto-pay refill. For some reason I didnt get my discount. Ive been paying $51.15 and this month I got charged the full $55.14. I dont understand why. Especially right now during the pandemic. Need all the discount I can get. And the discount is one of the reasons I signed up for auto-pay

I purchased a landline plan in amount of $15 for landline. I added to my moms landline. However, when i try to verify balance is there i am not successful. I tried to call, as well as use online support. I kept being kicked out. Probably due to my own device technicality. Can you please help. When i tried to check by using phone number and last 4 of Serial number, it says i have incorrect serial number. Im getting it off bottom of device. Please please help.
