They don't REALLY care that you have a problem with their service.Once they have your money, they couldn't care less about any issues you may have.

These crooks have been ripping everyone off with the same scams. Spread the word to EVERYONE you know, and ask them to do the same. #StraightTalkSUCKS #StraightTalkTHIEVERY #StraightTalkPIRATES...BTW...robot Maria won't help.

Just a form response which will give you the same response that you got from the customer service rep.Mariabot (AlexTrac) is just here to give the ILLUSION of caring.

Purchased new phone. Activating was not simple. Person at Straight talk could barely speak English and was very hard to understand. I had questions they could not answer. I was told all supervisors were busy. I said I would hold. Finally a "supervisor" came on and said she could not answer my question. They just kept saying "your phone works, you can make a call now". I told them I knew that but that still did not answer my question. There was something on the screen with a red line through it and I wanted to know what it means and if I had to turn something on or off. Apparently "technical support" only knows how to activate a phone but knows nothing else about it. I was simply told not to worry about it. They said no one here knows what that symbol with the red line through it means. Again they said "If you can make a call don't worry about it" I hung up.

If you're not a potential new customer, you mean absolutely nothing to Straight Talk/Net10/TRACFONE. The only thing that matters to them is new money, and even then, if you have a complicated problem during activation or later, as long as they have your money already, it's too bad, so sad, cry to your dad. Straight Talk/Net10/TRACFONE are thieves, modern day pirates.

All I needed was to edit my shipping address. Unable to do this online. It took an hour of transferring me about &" I'm sorry my computer is broken & I need a supervisor" (yea, so do I) TO TELL ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. NOTHING. The item had not shipped. I just saw all these reviews and couldn't believe it. I switched to straight talk about 3 and a half years ago because Verizon wouldn't support the Nexus phone i was wanting and it was the best move I ever made. I always have great service... I buy any phone i want and pay cash for it. I don't have to worry about going over on data and I am not paying $125 a month like I was on verizon. I always have reception. I don't know what lies the people on here have been told when i read that the company lies but I have always found it to be a great company and the few times i have needed customer service they have been great.
