New ReviewerI would like to escalate a CSR who was so unprofessional over the phone. I was requesting for her to send me the free simcard for me to migrate to Verizon simcard.
Hence, she impolitely approach me, and used unnecessary behavior over the phone. I would like to raise this concern as this is not the very first time I have encountered this type of service.
I had an unresolved issue as well on migrating my phone number connected to Atnt simcard to Verizon. Straight talk is losing their customers not because of their product and srvuce but the people who works for them that provides TERRIBLE customer service.
Preferred solution: Apology.
