I called because my SIM card had not been working properly since I brought the phone.Well I brought an att SIM card and it started to work perfect after they said it wasn’t compatible.

They tried to block the SIM card from working.

Well by the next day it did.I got and online chat and the guy was very rude trying to make me sound like a *** Then he wanted to apologize straight talk is rude and not helpful at all.
