Ordered a SIM card received a empty box over two weeks later. Spent hours on the phone to try and get a new one.
They sent me a return label for the empty box and I had to call again to order a new SIM card.
All of this should have been handled by the company not me having to contact everyone to make it right. Good product horrible customer service.
