I have been 1 month now trying to get a correct SIM card that was always being sent, 1 week ago another one was sent (never arrived) as first *** gave me a new number and I specifically asked for a number transfer, then couldn't use that card anymore because it was given to a number I didn't request. This company definitely needs an overhaul of something and it's not in foreign relations as they stink with the customer service.
I asked they email me the conversation so that I could write a formal complaint he said yes and has never been sent. That was after 1 1/2 hours of asking for a SIM card to activate my phone!!!
