I have been on the computer for hours trying to resolve getting my phone activated with Straight Talk. Trac-phone contacted my current provider had my account closed and now is holding up activation.
I brought my own phone bought Straightalk's activation kit with sim card. I was on chat talking with Straight Talk techs who were no very customer friendly at all and could not help me. I contacted my previous carrier and they said Tracphone now has my account. WTF This has got to be the worse experience ever.
I need my cellphone - what is this company's problem. I'm about ready to give up and go with someone else.

I liked: Reasonably priced plan for 10g, I could go almost anywhere in the us and use my phone.
I didn't like: Unresponsive customer service was not willing to assist customer, Uneducated on phone topics, Representative arrogance.
