I went to my local Walmart and the Straight Talk employee, Tina, was very rude and had a bad attitude. She was so rude, it made me angry. She does not need to work with people with an attitude.

Straight Talk Wireless in Lyman, South Carolina - Bad Service

I have had Straight Talk for 4 years. I recently decided to switch my phone service. I called and they would not unlock my phone. When I tried to return to the website to see when the "required 12 months," was up, I could not log on. I called customer service, was told I was using the wrong login credentials. I have an app on my phone used the same login, got on, no problem. However the app does not offer any details on a cell phone device that the original website does. Got on a different computer to logon still can not. I had a problem with them in the past when signing up for auto pay. They tried to make it difficult to un-enroll. I will not recommend a company that tries to hold you hostage for service.

I have had Straighttalk several times different phones. In the last year they are awful I just bought a refill for the month of January added it to my phone could not use my but oddly enough it would call straightalk where there customer service person told me that I hadn't refilled my service I asked why did I get a text confirming it then she hung up on me my phone completely restarted on its on and says no service for the most part I will not ever spend another dime on this mess there is no 4g anywhere
