Well I'm Dec.11th I placed my order, on the 12th order went through and straight talk got their money.

Every day I have waited at home for my phone to be delivered, chatted with straight talk four times with a different answer each time. This last chat I was told it was usps, telling the customer chat guy that I gave my house address that doesn't get postal service and he told me that I have to contact their delivery service. Now still no phone and you have my money and no solutions given.

The number he gave was a recording.Order #6000124 email address mybears.ingalls15@gmail.com

Still no phone.Straight talk gave one solution and that is upon receiving phone back at manufacturing they will refund but not until then.

Their mistake only their solution.They just lost my business
