Each month I get a message from Straight Talk that there was a problem processing my card and each month I call the number, add my card information and choose auto refill. Every time I do it I think it will be fixed but I just received another message now that a month has gone by.

It is so frustrating! There is nothing wrong with my debit card. Also, each month I try to login to my account online to update my card information there and I always get a problem message there too.

I have never been able to actually talk to anyone about this. It is always automated.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
