Let me start by saying I spent 3 days trying to help get a neighbors tracfone setup that I bought her for christmas so I was already annoyed with the outsourced reps since their difficult to understand. I just spent 3 1/2hours on the phone with them trying to get a straight talk phone set up that I bought my sister.

After try this and try that for 3 hours she decides that she needs to send a new sim card since the one I have is TMobile and AT&T has better service in my area. TMobile????WTF??? I have straight talk. Well she said 3-7 days for a new sim card.

Are you kidding me? Another 3-7 days when it only took 3 days to get the phone. So I decided I wanted to talk to a supervisor, she said just a minute and transferred me to a line that said my wait time was 10minutes. this was definitely not a supervisor line it was another customer service line well by now my cordless was flashing low battery so I decided to hang up and call back later to return the whole bundle-- phone and air card.

Once again I called back an hour later and told them I wanted to return the *** and was transferred to a "return agent".

Well she decided she wanted to try one more thing and of course that turned into another 26minutes of try this, try that. Finally this thing will be going back Tomorrow at my expense of course.

Monetary Loss: $45.
