2 week ago, I was trying to make calls and was unable to make any calls. I called straight talk and learned that they had transfered my cell number to someone else phone will my phone was active.
This is the second time that this has happen to me. I am very upset because I now had to wait weeks until my sim card arrived. Well once my sim card arrived and I called straight talk to to re-activate my phone, I was told they I would still have to wait several days before I would have services.
To date, i have no phone services and this phone is considered my business phone. Straight talk services is awful!!!
