After being a customer at Cricket, I decided I wanted to transfer to a straight talk. Keep in mind, I'm used to awful service with Cricket.
I called straight talk to transfer my service, the lady said she could not hear me and HUNG UP.
She didn't even give me time to at least say Id turn my volume up. Called back, told them about it, they said "Ok so how can I assist you then ma'am?" "Nothing I can do sorry what else?" "Just give me the number to your service." It sucks that you have to pay for a contract provider just to get someone decent in the customer service department.
