I paid my son phone plan for a 30 day contract. Without my permission they have my credit card on auto pay!

I contacted them to ask them to remove my card from his account. Sorry we cant do that with our your son's code information. Its my card he used & they told me just cancel your card! That is so *** Its sad!Now I have to cancel my card since they will not remove my card information from that acct.

Even when they haven't been authorized to debit the card. They are HORRIBLE!
