My wife and I bought our phones 9 days ago and have had nothing but problems for all 9 days! They have an extremely poor trak recod for a reason, they jusy don't care! It took them tjtee days tp turn on one phone and five days to finallu get the other phonr wotking. Once the second phone was finally turned on, thr other phone immediately turnrd deactivated and yook anothet day to come back onlime.We paid for thirtu days service in advance and when the phones finally turned on after 5 days of not working, the phones showed we had 11 days of servicr left on our 30 day plan.
We've talked to customer service and management and they refuse to do anything, Needless to say, we're dropping them! Avoid this company and the headache!!!
