I bought a new phone used my same striaght talk number but I switched it over yesterday. Customer service says wait 24 hours power phone off and back on to see if it works if not keep doing it.
Well after 24 hours it still does not work. I need my phone on!! I have kids in school one with a medical problem that the school reaches me by phone. this is *** I been with straight talk for 3 years no problems but this is just rediclious!!
Now Ive lost 2 days of my service due to them and will they add me more time. NOPE
