Purchased a New phone at Walmart and transferred number to new phone online at Straight Talks Website. Went to add Service Plan to New Phone and it only gave option to add to the Old Phone.

Hit cancel and Service Plan was added to Old phone and it was given a New Number. Called Customer Support and after 5 hours on hold and being transferred back and forth between Non English Speaking Reps, I still do not have phone Service.

Not Very Pleased with this worthless Company.

Everyoen working in customer Service seems to be zombies and read from a script.. The Cannot think for themselves.

Product or Service Mentioned: Straight Talk Wireless Service Transfer.

Monetary Loss: $200.
