Straight talk spam texts its customers at all hours of the NIGHT (I have received calls from 2 am through 520 am) MOST OFTEN ON SUNDAYS
If you bother with signing up with them, be sure to turn off your phone at night or they will wake you up
When you contact them they say they will "take care of it" but you keep getting texts
When you complaint again they say "don't worry about it" and that they "have already taken care of that issue" however they keep texting
The phone service, my texting, and internet is good if you use an smart ATT phone, but they feel it is their right to harass their customers about games they receive fees for pushing that their customers have never and will never play
They need to hire a real marking team instead of disturbing the peace of their long term customers
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
