i was on a business trip using google maps and happened to max out my "unlimited" 5 gig of high speed data, for the first time in 10 years....at which time it is suppose to go into 2G or 3G data which is slower but i could have lived with that,,,,but they shut my data off completely so couldn't even send mms messages... i spent 6 hours on the phone with them in one day, and two hours the next..they refused to admit that they shut my data off.

they kept telling me i was out of tower range.... so i went and bought another phone and service plan to get data so i could do my business.

wahla i had data in the same place they said had no towers... the phone they shut the data off on, has auto refill....three days later when it was refilled my data was back on and when i called them on it , they said their notes said i shut my data off on my phone and wouldn't turn it on.....i was fit to be tide now i have to take the new phone back and lose out on 15 days of service on the activation card i bought....thinking about switching cuz the service is getting worse all the time.....they suck

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.
