My daughter came to my house with a Walmart bag in hand and pulled out a new Straight talk phone she put purchased for me. Later that day I called to activate my new phone and they said it couldn't be activated.

I took the phone back to the same store she bought it and they scanned it and told me that the phone was not scanned. I'm 47 years old IMAGINE my Surprise my daughter is NOT a THIEF!!! I was treated like a thief at Walmart because me nor my daughter thought to keep the receipt!!!

And Straight talk has a VERY rude customer service!!!! I wouldn't recommend buying a Straight talk phone period and especially not from Walmart
