in short, i bought a stolen iphone 6 from a man on Offer Up for my sons 17th birthday. i have proof of it all, but when i explained the situation to Straight talk, they did nothing. Now i am out $260 and cant do anything with the phone except get on internet.

This is a recurring problem that I have experienced. Indian accented customer service agents (by phone) at Straight Talk and Home Depot would put me on hold for ever. I would leave the speakerphone on and hear background conversations. After thirty minutes or so, I realized I was duped at hang up. Happened five times -- this is a cultural cancer.

i got a brand new samsung galaxy sky of android for straight talk last year and i only had 1 problem which was unable to receive phone calls and texts and there was a lot of trouble shooting done, but nothing got accomplished. they mailed me a refurnished phone earlier this year and there has been a problem everyday since the beginning of august like unable to receive phone calls and texts, my keyboard keeps freezing, and i have been having slow internet connection everytime i refill my service with the 45.00 plan, but i asked corporate if they can mail me a brand new phone and they said there is a policy where you can only get a brand new phone if you call with 15 days.

they then said they can mail me another refurnished phone except i would have to send this refurnished phone they mailed me back and i don't want to lose any pictures and there isn't a memory card, but i use the transfer wizard app because it's the best way for me. i didn't have to send my old phone back the 1st time because the associate i talked to just told me it will arrive in 3-5 business days and told me to have a nice day after and one of their corporate managers gave me a hard time a couple months ago for calling them everyday except it's not fair to me i have to call them everyday with 1 problem after another, but i told that manager and 3 regular associates that their supposed to go above and beyond for their customers and send me a brand new phone with all of the problems i've been having. one of the corporate managers then said my new phone will be mailed in 3-5 business days and then hung up on me and i ended up getting a empty package in the mail, so i called back and they lied to me by telling me the empty package was for my refurnished phone.

i told them i use the transfer wizard app to transfer pictures because it's the easiest way for me and i used to have a g mail except that got deleted and im not doing another one, but that corporate manager was looking at brand new phones for me on their website and i was lied to which is unprofessional. im getting ready to leave their company because this is the worst company i have been with and their just lieing to customers and giving unprofessional service, but their gonna go out of business soon if they don't improve their service.

I am verry upset at straight talk.We received at least 25 calls that we never made ! Those calls were called back because those calls showed up as we called them.

..We didn't even use the phone because we were also at work.Rude people called us because of something we didn't do.Streight talks suggestion.Change your number! He'll no to the no.I have had this # for 25 years.Stop blaming the concerned for your problems.You need to work your problems out and stop putting it on the people that are customers.
