The customer service people are Very rude. Straight talk service were I am is ok but straight talk is NOT worth it when you can not get good customer service and can barely speak any English at all. Don't do business in the us if you can not get better people and that speaks English. Will find another provider been with straight talk over 4 years. Sorry sorry company.

I recently had surgery and was out of work for 3 weeks so I brought a 30 dollar plan because I couldn't afford the 45 and I didn't know it wasn't compatible. I'm just getting back to work and get payed in a week and asked for a 7 day exstention they wouldn't do it.. I have to be without a phone for a week then I am going with another company
