Issue is still unresolved. I even told them I would accept a COMPANY apology and I've seen nothing.

Just a lttle up date....
I chose to keep the phone after I got it because I needed a phone. Well let me tell you guys this....
the phone does what it wants when it wants.
One day I picked it up to use it and everything was in SPANISH...after 8 hrs. of pushing buttons...
