Straight talks customer service is the worst in the world... Go through another carrier...

Phones are ok, and the plans are ok... But the customer service and how they treat there customers SUCKS!!!!! 100%!!! Talked to them and put on hold for 3-4 hours...

They have *** people working for them.. All from different countries and they are just *** people that dont know what there doing... Straight talk are complete cheap skates.. Was not compensated for anything...

*** straight talk.. And there owners and everyone they have working for them..

They also are liars and dont care about you or your time... *** straight talk!!!!!!
