My wife, son, and I have been loyal customers of straight talk for a little over 4 years. Each of us have our own straight talk phones and each purchase the $45 card monthly.

We each started having problems with internet being slow, buffering constantly, and unable to even access internet, youtube, etc even though we just refilled our service. There is no possible way straight talk is giving us.the so called 5gb of high speed data they claim because we all three just started having issues with running out of 5 gb data after only a week or so. This issue started for the three of us around october 2015.

The three of us even went as far as buying 3 new straight talk lg power phones thinking it was our older phones and that along with constantly calling customer service did not resolve the issue. We are extremely disappointed with st and the three of us are seriously considering switching our sevices to from straight talk to verizon.
