Does anyone else have to get a new sim card every year? My phone goes into "emergency calls" the past two years and I cannot get service until getting a new sim card sent from Straight Talk.

So for about 5-6 days, no phone service. I cannot get an answer as to why we have to do this.

We have been with ST for over 10 years. Looking to change service carriers if can't get an answer.

they kept my phone off for 3 days,, my phone and my pre paid card,, ok ok,, well thats 3 days to look for a more human-type, customer friendly phone service

I lost my phone so i called to put my service on hold to not waste my days,, I found the phone 1 day later and was told from 7 different customer service reps. i could not get service until after a 3 DAY hold was up,,, lol lol think of this my phone and wanting restart it ok after # days. Straight Talk policies SUCK, suck and did I say they stinking SUCK.. I clicked English each time I called customer service,,, what did that get me,, 6 times it got a very broken English speaking person, that I had to ask several times to please repeat what they were saying,, this is just WRONG, Straight Talk SUCKSSSSSSSS

Thank you for your concern, but it come 4 days late, I found a new company to use, TOTAL WIRELESS. I think my problem could help S T in the future,, U see in my world I would buy 30 days of service from your company S T and when I lost the phone it was no problem for S T to stop my service i did not waste any days from my paid up phone card,,, BUT to re hook up my service was THREE DAYS now that not real in todays world, do you think that this a good policy for S T ?????????????????/ thank you

I purchased two phones from this company at a store (NOT ONLINE) and was told three months later when I wanted to take the phones to a different carrier that I could not because my phones were not active through their service for twelve months. When I questioned where this policy was written I was told it was on their website. I WASNT ON THEIR WEBSITE! And I was hung up on by a supervisor THREE TIMES and told I couldn't speak to his supervisor. DONT USE THIS SERVICE THEY ARE A SCAM. They don't want to help you they just want to take your money and give you bad service and even worse customer service. Its ridiculous

Day 5 of fighting with this POS company. My husband decided to just switch back to save the hassle.

Well what a mistake that was. First I chat online to see what the status of our number port was because after 24 hours we still have no phone. The rep told me I wasn't their customer I was a Total Wireless customer... REALLY?????

So I have to call in where they said there was a error porting my number and I had to call Verizon to fix this. I waste my time calling Verizon to be told by their NICE customer service rep that this error was not theirs so they could not fix it. So I had to call Straight Talk again to be told that it wasn't their error again. Then they tell me that it will take a minimum of 24-48 hours to TRY to resolve this problem.

I just spent over $117 on minutes that the days are ticking away and still don't have a phone because of their mistake.

But yet we have to sit back and suffer through the bs and putting up with them. I will just go without a phone and eat all the money I have spent.

On the 16th of March 2017 I found myself At the hospital with my husband who was experiencing heart problems and was being admitted to ICU in the midst of the chaos I was trying to read your family member to let them know what was going on and that I would not be coming home that evening to my surprise my phone had no service I used my husband cell which is also a Straight Talk phone to call customer service our representative in the Philippines and tried to explain the situation and that I needed my cell phone service turned on I am enrolled in automatic unlimited prepay it is billed to my credit card each month I have had my phone number for 17 years and publish it on Advertising I am self as-employed the customer service rep in the Philippines tell me my telephone number was no longer available I did not understand how that was possible since I did not shut down my service long story short after an hour or more my service restored my phone number was not the same number I had previously I will be contacting corporate in Miami to try to untangle this mess extremely unhappy with customer service at this point

They don't REALLY care that you have a problem with their service.Once they have your money, they couldn't care less about any issues you may have.

These crooks have been ripping everyone off with the same scams. Spread the word to EVERYONE you know, and ask them to do the same. #StraightTalkSUCKS #StraightTalkTHIEVERY #StraightTalkPIRATES...BTW...robot Maria won't help.
