Straight Talk Wireless - Straight talk nation wide or not?

I thought straight talk was nation wide but what I have found out is you need to buy a phone for the area you live and if it works your lucky. I drive a truck for a living and was surprised to find from northwest arkansas to dallas texas I dont have service for over 135 miles! Thats unacceptable for me.

I have straight talk and have had it for years now.The service has just steady got worse. I have this new iPhone I bought out right and I'm wait until the end of October so I can MAYBE get them to u lock it. I shouldn't have to wait. I have had issues with the service....

Does anyone else have to get a new sim card every year? My phone goes into "emergency calls" the past two years and I cannot get service until getting a new sim card sent from Straight Talk.

So for about 5-6 days, no phone service. I cannot get an answer as to why we have to do this.

We have been with ST for over 10 years. Looking to change service carriers if can't get an answer.

they kept my phone off for 3 days,, my phone and my pre paid card,, ok ok,, well thats 3 days to look for a more human-type, customer friendly phone service

I lost my phone so i called to put my service on hold to not waste my days,, I found the phone 1 day later and was told from 7 different customer service reps. i could not get service until after a 3 DAY hold was up,,, lol lol think of this my phone and wanting restart it ok after # days. Straight Talk policies SUCK, suck and did I say they stinking SUCK.. I clicked English each time I called customer service,,, what did that get me,, 6 times it got a very broken English speaking person, that I had to ask several times to please repeat what they were saying,, this is just WRONG, Straight Talk SUCKSSSSSSSS

Thank you for your concern, but it come 4 days late, I found a new company to use, TOTAL WIRELESS. I think my problem could help S T in the future,, U see in my world I would buy 30 days of service from your company S T and when I lost the phone it was no problem for S T to stop my service i did not waste any days from my paid up phone card,,, BUT to re hook up my service was THREE DAYS now that not real in todays world, do you think that this a good policy for S T ?????????????????/ thank you

These crooks have been ripping everyone off with the same scams. Spread the word to EVERYONE you know, and ask them to do the same. #StraightTalkSUCKS #StraightTalkTHIEVERY #StraightTalkPIRATES...BTW...robot Maria won't help.

My samsung galaxy sky will display a notification at top of screen that says searching for service, when im in local areas. Then it will say i am roaming and i wont be able to make calls or text message. Then i will have messages and missed calls pop up randomly at times that i have missed because the service is such ***!

Been a customer with St firvyears then dec 31 i had my accountvteansferred to a new phine,, took almostva werk and a half to get my sims card,,after they sent me2 incirrect cards,, finally got the right one ,,had service 9 days then st told me i had used my 5 gb of data and dropped me down to 2 gb in which icant t get on internet,, im doing defferent on my phone that i did before and i never went over my data,, but since christmas they say i used my limit in 9 days,, i have argued untill im blue in the face!! Still no straight answrrs from straight talk,, *** customer setvice and no hinest answers,, im going to legal dept and maybe we will go into arbertration! Im done!
