*** service *** costumer service. Phone not working from last 15 days no response till date. I bought ILD plans for 60$ and a Phone from ST, for initial 2 weeks it work fine and I was blessed that I got nice plan, but after on it started giving me problem. I could only connect 2 numbers of my country, and I cannot dial the 3rd number. Whenerver I dial another number it says "we have to hang-up now good bye". ST service is horrible, no experience. not at all coo-operative.... u have to wait for 30min minimum and after that u get nathing. I am really pissed off. This is Pain in ***.... Once I was on call with one of the service person for 2 hrs can anyone blive that..... ST is B*** *** service.... stay away

Straight Talk Wireless in Toledo, Ohio - Horrible service and cheating company

I am very very upset with straight talk connection, straight talk has a $45 per month plan , if you add another $15 to it you can get unlimited International call. I pay $60 plus tax per month for calls within Us and international calls , first few months the calls were very low quality , i complained every month but with no results , they kept apologizing. Now I cannot make international calls at all for last 3 weeks even when I paid for it. I asked for a refund because I cannot make calls at all. However, the person in customer care refused to pay back any amount even though I could not use their services at all. and not only that they have not been able to fix the problem yet. I have never encountered such horrible phone connection in my entire life. I am switching from Straight talk starting next month. And be advised not to use their services.

They're currently trying to scam me. Up until yesterday I had never heard of this company.

They somehow charged my bank account.

So, I called the company and had them refund the amount and the same day, they withdrew the same amount. I didn't receive the phone call and I'm not their customer.

Unfortunately I used my debit card and the Credit Union cou;d not stop payment.

I think we should be complaining to Wal-Mart since they seem to be the exclusive provider of the service. In fact I am going to e-mail them right now and suggest they look at all the complaints on this web site....

Totally agree with you. I bought three phones and all were duds.

I foortunately was able to exchange them. The last phine i bought was the samsung galaxy. It has worked fine for the first 6 months but now heats ralidly (I wonder why%/#!@=#.LoL). It also wont hold a charge and freezes up frequently.

I also have to turn the phophone off to get a decent charge. It is clear that while the convenience of going the prepaid route is a great deal the quality of the phones are clearly defective. With these stories being so prevalent and frequent it is obvious that Walmart has concocted a deal with these phone makers to purchase items that are marked irregular at best. I strongly believe Walmart should be investigated for this issue and should be made(you would think that this monopulous giant would do so voluntarily and try to look caring to its millions of customers who allow it to thrive, while they treat their own employees horribly * rant for another time) Its as if they know the odds of these poorly engineered phones have a short lived capacity.

Im in favor of a lawsuit against this ungrateful monopoly. "DON'T TREAD ON ME!"
