I'm very upset I have three (3) different straight talk wireless cell phone plans. (1) My samsung galaxy note 3 has my 45 dollar unlimited plans data usage limit every month saying I have exceeded my limit. I know good and we'll I have not I have got every single thing written down its not near 5gb. My (2)phone is on 35 dollar plans has not to ever get online due to error and has been troubleshooter several times still no data. And (3) phone is on 35 dollar plan and it keeps dropping. Calls and drops you when you get online. Now this cap has been going on now for 3 months on phone (1) and phone (2) has been like that for about a yr now. Phone (3) been like this for about months now. I will change my service. Right away if this does not get made up and fixed I have been with straighttalk for going on 3 yrs now.

been with straight talk for about six years, was always unlimited until like two years ago, they cheat every one out of what they're paying and when you call to talk to a rep they are rude and then you can hear them making fun of you cause they didn't hang up the phone or put on hold....I'm serious have had enough with this, and when they had the law suit I was never notified to put my word in and they claimed to tell me only registered customers got the message, I get emails from them at least once a week about promotion and that but yet I never got that one. They seriously are the worst

Straight Talk Wireless in Fort Wayne, Indiana - Took payment from our account twice

We made monthly payment for home phone service with Straight talk and checked bank statement online and saw that Straight talk double posted our payment and when we called to have one of the amounts refunded the first rep said she saw where the payment was taken from our bank account twice and then transferred us to the "refund department" and the next person hung up on us. We called back and asked to speak to manager and they put on us hold and then they hung up again. Does not seem we will ever get to speak to anyone and no one will ever help us What recourse do we have?

You sent me a text saying if I refilled my my plan my phone would get and extra mg byte to make it faster. Guess what it never do. I tried to be patient but I ended up busting up my phone. Thank you for your false words. Now I have to get me another *** phone if yours because I already bought the plan again. What's wrong with you ?I can't add photo or video huh?

I have been paying 45.00 to 47.00 for unlimited talk Text and data... Yesterday I get a text message saying I'm using to much data and I will be slowed down.. My phone now moves to crawl slower the dial up speed..On my box that the phone came in says unlimited text phone and data... So I call them and they now tell me It only covers phone and text nothing more... I recorded it....I'm really mad I have been using straight talk for a long ..lost a phone got new one now this month So that gives the the right to take away Data????..

I am very very disappointed with straight talk. I bought a service pin refill card from Walmart for $45 and a week and a half later my service was disconnected and I called customer service 4 or 5 times and because I don't have access to a fax machine to fax my airtime card and receipt to whomever then I lost $45 and until I purchase ANOTHER $45 airtime card my phone will be deactivated. I am a single mommy and cannot afford $90 for ONE MONTH of service!!!!

My phone needed a reset OMG IT TOOK 24 HOURS AND SIX TECH PEOPLE THAT NOBODY COULD UNDERSTAND ASK THEM TO TALK LOUDER BUT TO NO END IN SITE THE PHONE AND PLAN AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LAKE. SEE YA. SERVICES ARE DOWN RITE AWFUL AND NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK FOR UNLAW CLAIMS OF UNLIMITED DATA YA RITE BETER FOR PONY EXPRESS AND A TALKING HORSE!!!

Bought a 3 month card. Used my allotted data for the first month. No big deal I knew it would be slow for the remainder of the 30 days. Well data usage has since started over for the second 30 days of my 90 day plan and internet is still slow as balls. Like most here I'm fed up with this ***. Going back to a contract.

I have purchased an $45 card for years on a coupke different.t phones my internet and phone service slows way down if not all the way and i am fet up with it. I have had the worst activating problems when it comes to turning another phone onI have waited 7 days just to have my phone what to bring your own phone plan turn on 3 people have hung upon me I had this as well with another 1 of my phone when I was trying to switch with the bring your own phone plan like when they don't know what they're doing they all just say they're transferring you and hang up on you and then you have to start the process all over again. I am so sick and tired of not having cell phone service that I'm thinking about changing slow service or no service at all I swear it's what I've had for the last few years I'm from Panama City Florida and I don't know if its the same everywhere else but I'm sick of it thank you
