1- one year phone plan has to be renewed every month or no data service. It's a 45 minute plus ordeal. And you have to have a second phone or they won't do it at all. 2- rude customer service 3- lied to me every time

I have been with Straighttalk for about 6 years now and i get the unlimited 45.00 . And if it unlimited then why in the *** does my data go so *** SLOW . My boyfriend has unlimited and his runs just fine . Plus my old phone crashed and i called u said sending me a upgraded phone . Well guess what i get the same *** phone i had that crashed and it is doing the same thing the old one did . So i call you all back and no one will help me . YOU ALL ARE A JOKE . That why there is a LAW SUIT COMING UP. !!!!!

I bought a unlimited talk, text, and data plan from straight talk. Was working fine and was going to send a picture to my grandson but I couldn't send it. Then I noticed everything had just about stopped. Thats when I found out they had done something called "throttled" my data back. I payed all the money up front and even bought a new phone. What did I do wrong? More over what do I do now? I'm disabled and my phone is about the only wayI have to stay I touch with the world. I don't have a lot of money. Someone needs to do something !

I have spent two weeks,bought a new phone and over 7 hours of time on phone with tech support and two trips to the straight talk store....all because my voice mail somehow is switched to spanish. I do not speak it.

Do not understand it. So I can retrieve none of my voice mails. Everyone in tech is clueless. Even got talked into buying a new phone...of course the voice mail is still in spanish when you call it.

I am beyond livid. Switched from Verizon to straight talk about 6 years ago. I will be going to return my phone to straight talk today and hop back over to Verizon who is in thew same shopping center.

This is ridiculous that noone at all has a clue how to fix this!!!!!! Will be telling everyone on straight talk to jump ship ......thanks for nothing tech support!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And filled the wrong account. When I called the support number and asked to get help on getting the one cell phone disconnected and a refund after getting help online, she was like giving me the runaround. Saying they couldn't fix the issue, even though the one cell number isn't active because I lost the cell phone. Now I am seriously considering using my right to use the Better Business Bureau, and whomever else I need to in order to stop getting the run around. The accounts are alipetersen@vfemail.com, name Alicia Petersen, the other is aliciapet43@gmail.com same name. I am so sick of the runarounds from every company I come accross.

I have been a Straighttalk costumer for quite some time, then I lost my phone and asked Straighttalk for a replacement SIM. They did send a SIM, which I had to activate. So I called the Costumer Service department to activate an transfer the balance of about 90 USD to the new SIM.  First they could not activate the card, were not able to explain why and they would not transfer the balance and refused to refund: "We don't do refunds". they wrote, after ignoring all my emails for weeks. "For resoltution call costumer service". Which I did four times, but  costumer service is entirely incompetent, takes for ever and did not solve the issue.  Straighttalk did not show any interest in resolving the issue, collected my money for a three month Unlimited Plan, but did not provide the service.  There is no service culture in this company, no complaint resolution...

Worst customer service ever! | Straight Talk Wireless in East Amherst, New York

I called four times to have my phone number transferred over, but it wasn't possible. The first customer representative I talked to said she reconnected my line and that all I had to do was talk to my new provider (T-mobile) regarding the number transfer. T-mobile was fast and adept... the T-mobile customer represenative ended up contacting the straight talk representatives regarding the number transfer, but the straight talk representative was clueless and put us us on hold for almost an hour. The woman I was talking to couldn't understand english and kept repeating useless information. Straight talk wasted 4 hours of my day! Never ever sign up with plan with straight talk. You will regret it completely. Oh and looks like I will be using a different phone number thanks to straight talk - this is such an inconvenience.
