For three months Straighttalk has been trying to return data service to my iPhone 5s. Along with T-Mobile, they said, "We can't do anything else; you need a new phone." All along they've ensured me they'd credit me for all the useless data cards I'd been praying for.

Now that I have a new iPhone, they suddenly tell me they "don't credit any data time lost." I told them, if that was the case, why didnt they tell me? I would've switched back to my Samsung with no data and just bought the $30 phone card." I told them, in California, when you pay for something and then don't get it, that's called THEFT. I even told them I'd be posting on sites like this. Made no difference; they still refuse to credit me all that data time I paid for and never received.

Thus, if you're stuck in a straighttalk plan for a month, 1. DONT RENEW. 2. If you do renew and find you have no data someday, 2.

Write down EVERY "transaction"/"Interaction"/"Reference" number they give you, along with the date and name of the person it talked to. Ask them repeatedly, "Are you notating in my file that I am to receive DATA CREDIT FOR ALL THEAE MONTHS IVE LOST?" And keep asking them to notate your file. Write down their "Reference PIN" they keep giving you. They gave me ALL these numbers and I WROTE DOWN EVERY ONE.

Then ONE WEEK LATER they told me, "We have no record of any file related to these numbers." Until ENOUGH PEOPLE complain about their FALSE ADVERTISING regarding this BRING YOUR OWN PHONE BULL-SHABOOKIE, these fools will continue to rake in funds for data services THEY DINT PROVIDE!

Avoid these thieves! They are LIARS!
