I have used straight talk for years now and the last two months after adding my 10gb $50 card my data is gone with in 4 to 7 days i dont watch videos I only use it for messenger facebook and games i have never had issues before with losing my data ever until September when I added my card on the 1st and by the 5th i had used 8.89gb whe i called them the lady called me a lier about my data usage she gave me back 2gb thats it im so mad cause again i added my card and with in 3 days got a message saying my data had been used up AGAIN when i called again i was told stop watching videos i dont watch viedos and i explained again to them i have never lost data before or ran out before my refill date the gave me again 2gb and as if today i have used 2.50 gb how is this possible its only been days what's the point in even wasting my money especially since my daughter gets the $45 plan 5gb watchs YouTube and tv shows and had never ran out of data either so someone please explain to me wtf is really going on. Thanks

First off I'm not in Ohio I put Scottsbluff Ne. Second straight talk had my email address as zittmanjamie.jp@gmail.com I have asked them countless times to correct and they haven't . Forgot to add this to my first comment
