I can reach anyone when you call the numbers they give. My bill went up $3.00. I was never contacted or told anything. Try to call and ask... good luck with that!!

Terrible customer service I called 3 times in the last week I was lied to and told something different each time I called. I had to travel without service on my phone for 3 days and when I asked what they could do to help the situation they said they could reimburse me the days I didn't use my phone which was like $5. Very frustrating to talk to and try to understand what they are saying!!!!

They don't REALLY care that you have a problem with their service.Once they have your money, they couldn't care less about any issues you may have.

These crooks have been ripping everyone off with the same scams. Spread the word to EVERYONE you know, and ask them to do the same. #StraightTalkSUCKS #StraightTalkTHIEVERY #StraightTalkPIRATES...BTW...robot Maria won't help.

Scammed to get higher minutes | Straight Talk Wireless

This is the second time straight talk has turned off my phone saying my credit was denied. I have money in my account which is an auto pay. Same time last year they said I exceeded my limits. I do not use my phone much and checked my minutes. Phone said 43 minutes use. They automatically cut your phone off after one year with no recourse but to call and sign up again. Pain in the ***! They do not contact you or warn you either. Another thing that *** me off is that they interrupt your phone calls with a message that tell you how many minutes you use cutting off your phone call. WTF? They are cheap but this is really annoying. Then you have to talk to someone from another country and repeat your self over and over again....not happy.

I have 4 accounts with them and they have never declined my card. Maybe that's your banks issue.

Also they text me a week before my service expires, then 3 days before, then the day of. I'm not sure what company you're using but it doesn't sound like Straight Talk.

Just got off phone with straight talk., i downloaded there app to keep up with data. The past 2 months they cut me back to 2g before my 5gb was up.., this month they sent me a text saying i reached my limit.... That was 2 weeks ago..my service is out tomorrow and i have used 4970.09mb and there is 5120mb in 5gb .. Wtf..... I would strongly advise. That you not buy this service ......unless you like to be cheated and lied to.....i have been with straight talk since they began and get treated like this ....they better enjoy that $47.70 because its the last..,

More than likely you have run into the fuzzy definition of GB and MB. Sometimes MB=1,000,000 bytes and sometimes MB=1024*1024=1,048,576.

Sometimes GB=1,000,000,000 and sometimes it's 1024*1024*1024=1,073,741,824.

When they set the 5GB limit they probably meant 5,000,000,000 bytes; however, when they said you used 4970.09MB they meant 4970.09*1,048,576=5,211,517,092 which is over the 5,000,000,000 limit. Probably the Customer Service agents you talk to won't tell you this because they don't really understand it themselves, but I'd bet that's what is happening.
