I ordered a $45.doller unlimeted service plan over the phone threw straight talk. I was reactivating a phone.
And the phone number that was in the phone was 8654120470 and the plan went to that number but not my phone .they gave the number to someone else cause phone wasnt active for 60 days i dint know that cause phone said active and a friend gave to me cause mine broke. Well when i talked to someone about it i was put on hold and called back twice and was on phone from 8:49 a.m untill 9:46 then i got to talk to person that was suppose to help me untill about 10:10 a.m. just to get told that i have to active the phone and buy a new plan just to get a refund. I am on ssi and i told them this and there wasnt enough left on my card to buy a new plan.
I have 4 kids and a singal parnet. I call my card and they said the transaction was still pending. So why couldnt they activate my phone and then just add a unlimted plan to it as it was what i paid for? And after 5 days if i dont activate the phone i cant get a refund.
So they saying i come up with it or i lose $48.47.
They are stealing money from me and my kids and it aint right. Anyone can send me a email at email@example.com i am very dissatafied with the service i receved today December 31,2015 see how the new year going to be for them and there customer.
