I have been a straight customer for about 6 years at first customer service tried to help, once they sourced there is no customer service.

I wanted better phone an requested to transfere my number and mins. to my new phone.

I called monday morning and by monday night I didnt have service on either phones. I called straight talk on monday, tuesday, and wed. On wed.

I purchased a new straight talk phone card not being able to be without service that long. On the following Monday when straight talk decided to return my service, I now had 2 phones activated for the same length of time straighttalk would not take my new card and allow me to put it on my phone but they wouldn't give me service for so now I have two phones for the same length of time instead of me having two months on one phone I wouldn't want anyone to go thru this expense Straight Talk is a pathetic company only seeking profits not concerned at all about its customers

IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT STRAIGHT TALK REMEMBER YOU MAY HAVE TO HAVE 2 CARDS AND 2 PHONES TO HAVE SERVICE FOR 1 MONTH.
