I am currently going through same thing. They said they would email return information, but never did.

I did not want to be without a phone so I waited. Called back took girl 30 minutes just to get my address and phone number. Told I was getting phone mailed. Nothing.

Called again and told I would not get a phone until I mailed in old phone. Received an email with wrong address and no instructions on how to back up phone information or label. Called again and they said they would email me. No email.

Called again and now they wont talk to me unless I give them ticket number I got 2 1/12 months ago. I currently have been on hold for over an hour after customer service rep who answered saw my phone number and refused to speak to me.

Told me she was transferring me to supervisor, but just put me on hold. Why is it so difficult to get them to honor warranty?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
